WDCC Cheshire Cat "Surreal Smile"

     The Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland was released into the WDCC Spotlight Collection in 2006. It was officially suspended in May of 2009 and remains in this state, only available on the secondary market.  Being part of the Spolight Collection, this sculpture comes complete with a model sheet that depicts different sketches of the character, including the pose that was chosen. The Cheshire Cat is painted with true colours and his stance displays his personality well. This piece entitled "Surreal Smile" was sculpted by David Pacheco.
